Front Desk Receptionists

Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager you will be given a thorough induction and training programme as well as timely appraisal to ensure that your career objectives are met. If you have an Ordinary Level of education, sound written and verbal communications skills, have a pleasant personality and desire to work in a fun and dynamic environment then this is the job for you.

Surveillance Officers

Main purpose of the position:

Surveillance Operators are responsible for the CCTV observation (but not limited to) of all aspects of the Casino Operation and the reporting of all irregular or illegal activities.

Duties and Responsibilities for the Surveillance Officer Position:

- To monitor all aspects of the operation

- To maintain vigilance at all times

- To record and report any irregular or illegal activities that occurs in the casino

- To ensure the accurate reporting of all activities of the casino

- To ensure all company policies and legal requirements / work rules and procedures are strictly complied at all times

- To maintain strict confidentiality in all matters pertaining to the casino operation.

- To conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times

- Other duties as required by the Surveillance Manager

The ideal candidate should possess:

- Detail Oriented.

- Oral and written English.

- Computer literate.

- High level of integrity.

- High level of concentration.

- Ability to work independent, while also work as part of a team.

Casino Experience, minimum one year.


Desired but not mandatory:

Basic knowledge of Italian. Any additional language is an asset
